What is Warwick-RG & Warwick-HCG?

Warwick-RG & Warwick-HCG are real estate brokeage websites. Warwick-RG hosts different types of real estate listings including past rental and sold units in the residential and commercial spaces. Warwick-HCG hosts past rental and sold units in the health commercial industry in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

Problem

Prior to redesign of the Warwick Reality website, the old website have an outdated design which in need for a refresh. Many real estate brokeage websites have some sort of past rental and sold listings to promote the success of their brokeage. Originally, the Warwick website does not show any past transactional listings. In order to overcome this, Warwick Reality website will need to redesign and rebrand their website and logo to remain competitive in the real estate industry.

Opportunities

To work with the brokerage owner to redesign the Warwick-RG and create Warwick-HCG websites. The idea of redesign is to provide more brand content to promote their brokeage, showing past rental and sold listings, and place to host a tool to generate transaction reports.

Where do I start?

As I begin to redesign this website, I have looked at different real estate websites to see what kind of information are display on other brokeage websites. This website is built using Wordpress which required a theme. I have provided stakeholder a recommended choice of Wordpress theme which have flexible design components suitable for real estate. Since the old Warwick website is one pager and lacks a lot of real estate content. I have created a few wireframes using Sketch based on I want to see on these different pages. These low fidelity wireframes are provided to the stakeholder for feedback and approval.

Site map is created to show the overall website structure even though it's a pretty straight forward reality website.

Outcome

The final redesign is created for Warwick-RG with responsive web design. Draft content from stakeholder and newly design Warwick-RG logo are use to prepopulate the pages. With the inital MVP (Minimal viable product), Warwick-HCG is created base on the similar design model created for Warwick-RG. Warwick-HCG has a slightly different logo and content that gears toward Healthcare real estate. Our next step is to gradually add past transactional listings as time goes by.
